Our Process
We understand your organization before we try to change it.
We start every engagement with a structured diagnostic process. No training is designed or recommended until we understand the real behavioral and operational gaps in your organization.
Purpose
Understand before intervening
Most organizations invest in training without first understanding the behavioral root causes of their performance challenges. The diagnostic process ensures that every intervention we design is based on evidence, not assumptions. We observe how your organization actually operates, not how it’s described in meetings.
Step 1
Initial Diagnostic Conversation
A structured conversation with your leadership team to understand the organizational context, current challenges, and performance goals. This is not a sales meeting. It is an assessment conversation designed to determine whether a full diagnostic is appropriate.
- 60–90 minute conversation with key decision-makers
- Mapping of organizational structure and reporting lines
- Identification of surface-level behavioral symptoms
- Preliminary alignment on scope and objectives
Step 2
Operational
Diagnosis
A structured on-site assessment that uncovers the real behavioral and operational gaps driving performance issues. This goes deeper than interviews, we observe how your organization actually functions.
- Leadership interviews: understanding management behavior and decision-making patterns
- Team interviews: mapping communication flows, accountability gaps, and execution patterns
- Half-day on-site observation: watching how work actually happens, not how it's reported
- Behavioral gap analysis and intervention recommendation
IMPORTANT
This is not a sales meeting.
The diagnostic process is a structured assessment, not a training pitch. We approach your organization with the same rigor an auditor would apply to a financial review. The goal is to understand, not to sell.
Until the end of 2026, the full diagnostic process is offered at no cost. After 2026, diagnostic assessments will become a paid professional service.
What happens after diagnosis?
- You receive a structured behavioral gap analysis
- We recommend specific interventions based on evidence
- You decide whether to proceed, no obligation
- If you proceed, interventions are designed for your specific context
