On October 27, 2026, SENSIT brought together 70 top-tier leaders and decision-makers, including CEOs, CHROs, and HR Directors—at the Southern Sun Hotel in Maputo for the “BDB: Behaviors That Drive Business” executive gathering.

Designed with an immersive, sensory-rich “Quiet Luxury” aesthetic, the event deliberately broke away from the traditional corporate conference format. The premise of the evening was clear: rather than telling companies what they ought to do, the goal was to have their leaders experience the real-world impact of their own decisions.
